When I logged in to it at 5:54 I saw something interesting on pop up on Twitter. the popup said  “Tweet with your location”. The feature says “Turning on location allows Twitter to display your location information (like neighborhood, town, or exact point) with your tweets.”.

It saves the exact coordinates. If you click turn on location a window pops up saying “twitter.com wants to know your location.” and you can choose to share it or not to share it. When I enabled this it doesn’t say my exact location down to the city, state, and coordinates. It looks like to me it only goes by your ISP location. You don’t have to share your location with other people and I don’t even know why they implemented this feature. If you don’t want your location shared just click don’t share or remove your location from the tweet. Remember, they won’t do it unless you give them permission.

It seems like many sites are changing their look and feel. Another one of these sites is Swagbucks.com. Swagbucks is yet another free prize site where you can get many things like a gaming system or a gift card.  To begin with, the first thing they changed is your swag bucks pricing.

Instead of getting just one swag buck which is used to redeem prizes you would get 10. So for every 1 swag buck you have that would be ten and if you searched for something using their site you would get ten to twenty swag bucks.  With this new option though comes something else. They have raised the prices on some of their prizes because this way it will make people want to use their site more I think.

Another thing that they changed is they changed the top bar. The first thing I noticed was that they have uploaded a new logo on their site. When you go to Swagbucks.com you will see that it says “Why do I have more swagbucks?” and if you click that you will know why. I like this new update because I had only around 10-14 swagbucks and now I have 180 or so.

It seems many sites are stepping up their game to get more users. I know I did. So, Yahoo! Answers has redesigned their home page. This time their page has four new navigation tabs.

These are labeled “Home, Browse Category, My activity” and about. What I like is that it doesn’t matter wherever you go on Yahoo! Answers as these will stay with you. Now I am not going in to too much detail about the browse category tab because to me it seems not very important. Yet, categories are in the navigation tab now. You can watch my video which will be live shortly and check out this picture below.
